Founder
Peris and her husband Mr. Adan are founders and Directors in World Radiance Bible College. Peris is also a Founder and a CEO in World Radiance International (NGO) and a Missionary at Vineyard Church. Peris has an experience of over 16 years in Leadership and community development and holds a honorary degree in the same fields.
Co-founder
Rev. Jordan Dale Abbott is a co-founder of WRBC. He is a pastor and church planter in Calgary, Canada with the Christian & Missionary Alliance and is also a Professional Engineer. He is a graduate of Ambrose University in Calgary (Masters in Intercultural Ministry).
School Director
Dr. Mwangangi is a board member for World Radiance International (NGO) and a Director in World Radiance Bible College. He is a born again Christian, He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing sciences and a master of arts in project planning and management. Currently he is a nurse manager at Kitui County and an elder at Penile Christian Church Kitui.
Interim Board
Rev. David Nijiri Kamau is an interim board member of Radiance Bible College. He is a pastor with the Kenya Assemblies of God churches in Nairobi. He is a graduate of KAG East University (Formerly East Africa School of Theology) and also is a Bible school lecturer for the last 14 years. He is also an author of Christian literature.
Edgar is the lead pastor of Trinity Vineyard Church Nakuru and the National Director of Vineyard Churches of Kenya.Edgar was born and grew up in Nakuru. He has a deep passion for Jesus and seeing the city come to life as the church serves the city. He spent his time leading worship, training worship leaders in Kenya, and helping others grow in their journey toward Jesus. And now pastoring Trinity and leading the team both the at the local church and the national level.
Rev. Abel Opunga is an ordained minister with over a decade of experience in pastoral care. A dedicated educator focused on biblical teaching and ministry formation, he holds a Master of Theological Studies alongside dual Bachelor’s degrees in Christian Ministry and Education, and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity.Rev. Opunga is a licensed TVETA trainer and assessor, consulting for TVET CDACC on curriculum development for Christian Ministries and Chaplaincy programs. He is happily married and blessed with three children.
School Supervisor
Ms. Beatrice Kemboi is a seasoned educator with over ten years of experience specializing in English and Literature. A graduate of Kampala International University, she is dedicated to learner-centered teaching, focusing on building student confidence in communication, literary analysis, and critical thinking. Beyond her classroom expertise in curriculum implementation and mentorship, she is a committed professional who values collaboration and holistic growth. Ms. Kemboi is a virtuous woman, married and blessed with two children.
Rev. Shadrack Chebet Rotich is a seasoned minister and multi-disciplinary professional with over 20 years of experience in theology, Christian education, human resources, and pastoral leadership. A highly effective communicator and team leader, he combines spiritual integrity with a proven track record of administrative excellence in both public and private institutions. Dedicated to organizational growth, Rev. Rotich excels at meeting complex goals through sound research, strategic leadership, and a commitment to service delivery.
